This notice covers the pilot application form on irisavatar.com. IRIS AVA is an IRIS platform by Holoconnects, managed by Filigree Labs B.V.

What the form collects

We save your name, email address, selected creation route and plan of interest. If you provide a company name or a description of your use case, those are saved too. We also record your agreement to be contacted, the submission time and an application reference.

Why we use it

Your application is available to the IRIS AVA team to review your request and contact you about a possible pilot. Submitting this form does not start a paid subscription or automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

How the form works

Your application is sent to this website and stored in its hosted database. Applications are not displayed publicly. The form shows confirmation only after the application is saved; it does not send an automatic confirmation email.

The hosting infrastructure handles ordinary connection details when you visit the site. The signup service uses temporary hashed connection identifiers and request counters to limit spam and repeated submissions.

Your videos

The pilot application form does not collect video files or access your camera or microphone. The recording studio lets you record or choose a video and save it on your device. Camera and microphone access start only when you choose. Your video stays in the current browser tab; it is not uploaded or sent for processing. Save your recording before closing the tab. Removing it from the workspace does not remove any downloaded copies.

Contact support@holoconnects.com to ask about your application, correct your details, request removal or withdraw your request to be contacted. Include your application reference if you have it.
